I was speaking to my brother Mark Cashel this morning.
Mark told me of your message at this site. Mark and I shared the same father, Bill (William Cashel) of Trenton NJ., different mothers.
Raymond was my uncle along with Tom Cashel, Al Cashel,Leo Cashel and Ilene Cashel.
Leo and Ilene are still alive. I have a soon named Brian Cashel and a doughter Claire.
I also have a brother Bill Cashel. My brother Bill and myself are from my fathers first marriage to Edna DiEleuterio of Trenton.
My mother is still living. I am 57 years old and last saw uncle Ray at my dads funeral. Brians grandfather Rays dad was Thomas Cashel and worked for Public Service Electric and Gas Company in Trenton.
I have memories of uncle Ray and grandpop Cashel. When I was just 3 or 4 I would stay with them on Pearl St. off Clinton in Trenton.
Raymond was the baby of the family and was still living at home. Rays mom Brians grandmother Veronica was a large and very kind Irish woman. Her maiden name was Carroll.
