Found a Marriage Record for you.

Arthur Cauchy, son of Georges Cauchy and Laura Langevin, married Florestine Latulippe, daughter of Palma Latulippe and Oxilia Taillefer, on 04 July 1922 at the Parish of St. Vincent de Paul in North Bay, On.

It seems not a widespread name so areas where they were is difficult.

You didn't come across a Arthur Cauchy wed to Florestine Latulippe anywhere did you?

I think it must have taken place circa 1922 but it must be around Nipissing, Ontario as Florestine was born there I think.

There is a correction for the parents of Angele Huard. According to the Marriage Record, Angele's parents are Michel Huard and Angele Bourassa m. 20 Jul 1824 Saint Joseph de la Pointe de Levy Parish, Levis, Qc. They are not Jean Huard and Marie Charlotte Normand as stated in my previous message. Sorry, I wrote the wrong names.
