I don't know of any connections between the Caunts of Carlton and Calverton as of yet. I will keep your grandfather's name in mind and will look for it as I am doing research. I will let you know if I find anything. Did any of your Caunts ever move up to Yorkshire? I have some Caunts of mine who ended up in Wombwell in Yorkshire.
