CESARE, Albert, 83, formerly of Dillonvale, OHIO, died Sunday, January 20, 2013, at the Cumberland Point Nursing Home in St Clairsville, OHIO. (Belmont County)
Albert was born on February 23, 1928 in Wheeling, West Virginia, to the late Cram and Gertrude (Merkel) Cesare.
Albert was a retired Railroad Engineer from the Norfolk Southern Railroad Company; served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the Dillonvale American Legion.
He is survived by two daughters, Tonya (Mike) Shaffer of Yorkville, OH, and Tammy (Joseph) Kinder of Pataskala, OHIO; five grandchildren: Shanyl and Ryan Kittle, Danyel and Dan Massie, Tia Moore, Katie Moore and Brooke Shaffer; and three great-grandchildren: Grace Kittle, Noah Paxton and Kennady Massie.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Albert and celebrate his life on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2013 from 5-9 p.m. at the Borkoski Funeral Home in Tiltonsville, Ohio.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the funeral home with Pastor Michael Lenno officiating.
Full military services will be conducted by the Dillonvale American Legion, McCook Post No. 529.
Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH.
