How would I go about trying to find a living person? Who does not want to be found. But has been in touch with other's in my family only because I moved and they no longer know how to get in touch with me now since my grandmother/his mother has passed away. The person he got in touch with does not want to have anything to do with him. So she does not know how to get back in touch with him?
And how would I go about finding a marriage and divorce or annulment papers? I don't have a clue where they may have gotten married. But I know they met out in Calif
