Surnames: Chamberlain, Moreland, Buchanan
Anyone connected to or have knowledge of the following Chamberlain or Moreland families?
GEORGE Chamberlain was born about 1896, saw Army Service in WW1 and in 1919 he joined Birkenhead Police where he served for 25/30 years. He married MABEL BUCHANAN from Dumfrieshire area of Scotland. In 1923 she had been resident at a Clarkesville Lodge, Birkenhead. After George's death, possibly late 1960's, Mabel resided with daughter Jean Moreland at Tilstock, Prenton, Birkenhead. (Michael, lan and Clifford are connected Morland names) They then seem to have moved on to Nottingham area.
