Ollie I looked at the 1850 census images for Caroline Co. VA. He is listed as Richard T. Chandler age 22 born VA, as was Columbia age 22. Also living in the household was a Nancy Chandler age 70 b. VA a pauper and a Peggy Chandler age 24. It's a strong possibility that Nancy was his mother, and Peggy his sister.
