I would like to contact someone who claims lineage back to William Chandler, Sr. born unknown and said to have died in 1747 but was definitely dead before 02 Jun 1748. Said to have died in Amelia Co, VA.

I know of two definite sons, William Jr. and Abraham, both said to have been born in Amelia Co, VA.

This seems not to be the William Chandler, Sr. who was born c.26 Jun 1690 in New Kent Co, VA, and died 1779 in Halifax Co, VA, and son of Robert and Elizabeth Unknown (some say Palmer) Chandler.
