Could someone please tell me if you know of any connnection the Alverson family has with the Chapman or Lamb family? I have been trying to determine the parents of my great great grandfather for years and keep hitting a brick wall His name was David W. Alverson born in CT about 1806 (not sure where in CT). David W. Alverson named one of his sons Lucius Chapman Alverson and his oldest daughter Thursey married Joseph Holeman and named one of her sons Levi Chapman Holeman. David W. Alverson came to Crawford County Arkansas about 1836-37. I am not sure if he went directly from CT to AR or not! ANY help would be appreciated!
