Joseph Charter married MARIE-THEOTISTE GUIMOND in Quebec in Sep 1923. Marie-Theotiste was his second wife, I have no information as to the first wife. I have seven chldren that list them as parents, GEORGES Charter, MARIE-ADELAIDE Charter, JOSEPH Charter (my multi-great grandfather), EUSTACHE Charter, MARIE-ANNE Charter, THEOTISTE DELPHINE Charter, and JEAN Charter. As for grandchildren, I only have the twelve that are children of Joseph and (Rose) Delima (Cloutier) Charter
