Mary Cheairs born in North Carolina about
1786 died about 1867 possibly in Mississippi.
My great grandfather was born on their farm
after his father died in TX. Nancy Louisa
Scott was Mary and Nathaniel's daughter.
She remarried in Arkansas to Wm Q. Pennington. Have an 1860 census showing
Nathaniel and Mary as well as Nancy Louisa
and Nancy's son, Samuel Haney Doxey.
