I am from the same line, but a little different.
My father is Leslie Howard CHEERS, married Eileen Elizabeth CLIFFORD.
Dad's father - Reginald Eric CHEERS m Fay Elaine Stockdale SHAW. His dad - Clement Leslie CHEERS m Eliza Jane HUGHES.
His dad - Frederick Henry CHEERS m Maria AINSWORTH.
His dad - James CHEERS m Elizabeth CHAPMAN.
And Richard CHEERS m Jane Ann SMITH.
Would like to see the tree that goes back that far.
I only have dates back to about 1687, but 2 more names without dates. So I would suppose with the probable short life time of those days I would be lucky to get back to 1600.
