I am searching from my Great Father Lemuel Edwin Chesbrough. He was born in England. This is the information I have gathered from my Aunts.
Lemuel born 29-Oct-1861
Died 19-july-1935 in Macksville Kansas

He was a carpenter. Lemuel had two brothers one who made Vaseline and one who was a boat maker. Lemuel had his mother come from England to live with him and his wife. I know nothing more about finding Lemuels bith place or his parents name. Can any of you help me out?

Robyn

Dawn - thanks for your response!! Sylvia Chesbrough was my gr-gr-grandmother. I have seen her listed as Louise or Louisa, I think that is her middle name. I have her birth date as 7/31/1851, possibly in NY state. Her Husband was Isaac March Roberts, I have a little info. on his family. I know her mother was Lois Burnap, her father may have been Edward Chesbrough. I only have their names, no other info. Anything you are willing to share about these people and/or their ancestors would be great!! my email is nas@cfu.net. Thanks.
