As I was searching for my family, I ran across this forum. I started a Ripley County MO and Allied Families website at MyFamily.com. And some of the surnames that I have found include CHESTNUT family.

I was also able to finally find the CHESTNUT Cemetery there in Ripley County, MO & get all the tombstones that I could find, photographed. The cemetery is in terrible condition and I know for a fact that there are many stones that are covered with brush and debris that I am afraid will never be able to be found.
