I emailed the county recorder (archive expert) in Breckenridge Co. to see if she could send confirmation. I am also going to school like my sister, Sandy. We are both training to be teachers. Mine is K-8 and have student loans out also. I just turned 55 and Sandy is the next youngest and then our sister Karen who is 46.
