I've been trying to locate my sister, Arcangela (Angie). Her last residence was in Chicago, IL. She was born in Italy on 11/24/42. Currently, she may be institutionalized and may be receiving disability benefits from the State of Illinois. We contacted the Social Security office but they could not release any info. because of the Privacy Act Law. Last contact the family had with Angie was approx. in 1995.
