I am sorry, I know nothing about any of your surnames including Chiara.I have found that the name originated in Sicily only and that one of it's meanings is clear. I also know that my family is the only branch of Chiara's I have in the U.S. unless someone has come to the U.S. in the last 30 years which is quite possible. I still have to work on that one. My Great Grandfather only had one child that had children and that is my Grandfather and only his family came to the U.S. during the time he was alive. I do not know yet of any siblings etc. So I have found that I need to look to Italy to get any information I could use. I am sorry I could not help.
