I don't think we are related unless it is through Sicily before the 1900's. The one question mark we have is a Vincent Chiaro, bother of Cristoforo who was in Casablanca. We understand he had one child, a girl, and thus the surname did not go on from that line. The earliest Chiaro I know is a Salvatore Chiaro from Augusta, Syricusa, Sicily with a birthdate estimated about 1860 tp 1870. He was my greatgrandfather.
