Have you checked the microfilmed records of St. Simon and St. Jude parish? They are available through the LDS Family History Centers. Only problem is that some of the priests didn't include parent information for marriages. And vol. 3 of Jean Bernard's work on the Acadians of Prince Edward Island is due to be published soon and will cover surnames beginning with C and D.
