Chidester's in Ohio or Illinois

Surnames: Chidester and Gossien/Gossin
My Chidester said he was born in Ohio and his parents were born in Illinois. He was enumerated as Levi C. Chidester in the 1910 (I think) Census in Redland Township in Cleveland County Arkansas. Anybody out there that can help me find my roots I would be more appreciative than words can begin to express.Even if it is just a point in the direction Thank you in advance.
