My great grandmother was Anna CHIPPY b: 06-14-1874 in Galena, Delaware Co, OH, d: 03-07-1941 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co, OH.

Her father was William CHIPPY b: 12-15-1840 in Maryland d: 09-20-1919 in New Albany, Franklin Co., OH. Her mother was
Lucinda (maiden name and birth/death dates unknown) Chippy.

Leo Chippy, who also posted on this list and I have shared what little information we have. You're posting showing Samuel and Sarah Ann in Belmont County will be of great help. Besides the name changes, there is also the problem that the family did move around a lot. Please keep us posted and we will do the same.
