I just started researching my ancestors, and a James Chippey is related to me via my grandmother. I believe he was my 4grandfather. His daughter was Annie Chippey, who married John D. Kennedy and later George Sleeth. They all lived in Philadelphia. But the record of the person I think is my ancestor says he was born in 1826.
