Job Chrisman was the father of Henry Tyler Chrisman (1830). Job Chrisman was born in Lee County, Virginia, on 5 May 1808, according to his grave stone. Some census have him born as early as 1803. He died in Newton County, Arkansas on 27 Jan 1863. He has a second marriage to Mary S. Harris about 1847. Six children are known from has first marriage to Sally France, and three children from his second marriage to Mary Harris.
