Family of Jens Christian Martinus Christoffersen

I've done a search for him, and I've not come up with anything more than the following.

born in Sebber, Aalborg, Denmark. His parent were Jens Christian Christoffersen and Johanne Cathrine Jensen. He was born in 23 August 1879. He passed away in July 1960 in the State of Iowa.

On 21 July 1902, he arrived on board the St Louis, and was single at the time of his arrival.

I've been trying to locate names and dates, including that of his wife, which I have no clue if her last name was Simpson, Simmerson or Simseron. I know that she was from Norway, and that her name was Mari, but again, we aren't 100% on that one. We DO know that her father's name is Ole. She passed away
If anyone has any information, please email me at euniceabernathey@msn.com. Put "family info" in the subject so that I don't accidently delete it, please.

She was my G grandmother and was married to Thomas Mathews Dillon of Michigan. She was born in 1903. She gave up my grandmother Elizabeth Ann and great uncle Thomas Mathews but had one other child, pretty sure a girl, she kept and we are sure they went to California about 1938(?). Do not know if they stayed there or if She went with her husband or not. He died in 1945 in Michigan. If this sounds familiar to anyone at all I wish to her from you. Edna's daughter she kept should still be living.
