I have been researching my father's side of my family tree over the years with some difficulty! His mother's family were Clarke's from Balreask, Navan. They were seemingly a huge family and ran the stud farm in Balreask. The family have said they know James Clarke from Ballybunion was related but no-one knows how. He certainly came to one of the Clarke funerals in Navan.
The records for Navan are very patchy and I wondered if you knew of any connection?
