I am not sure if this is the same one. My great, great grandma was Sallie (Sally) Clay who married a Wilson Parker. Her dad name was William H. CLay from Mississipi. It never told me what part. But in the 1880 census they lived in Mobile, AL. That is William (1830), wife Maria (1851). There were three other children besides Sallie, Mary Clay (1874), Eva M. (1876), and Evangilus the son (1873). I found out that William was a cotton weigher.
