I am researching my family tree and have been able to go back to as far as 1700 I started in a small town called Slaithwaite in Huddersfield West Yorkshire England, and so far I am still there. Athough I think I have traced back to the first Clays coming in to the area. If any body has any relations from this area or in the surrounding area please get in touch and I can forward on the details I have got.
