It seems very likely that your Joseph Lobe Clemo is the same person as Joseph Lobb Clemo born in 1859 at Christow, near Exeter, Devon. If so you'd be a sort of cousin of my girlfriend/partner whose great grandfather Joseph married Elizabeth Lobb, his brother Walter married Jane Lobb and they were parents to Joseph Lobb Clemo.
