Does anyone have any information on Herman Cross Clepper?
He is my father but I didn't see him for several years.
Does anyone know anything about his military service?
I understand he was a POW in WW11. Theres a lot of missing years I would so like to know about. Good or bad.
He was born 1920 in Brad Palo Pinto Co. Tx. Died 1977 buried at Brad cemetary. Son of Marion & Pennie Clepper
