My Clerkins are not that far from Drung in the Cootehill and Shercock area and I have a Philip in my line: on the basis that generations seem to name their children after their ancestors it seems we could be from the same stock, though I have a Philip in the generation you speak of, I do not have the other names (well, that I know of!).

Having just come back from the area, I put a post up a couple of weeks ago detailing what I found whilst I was there which should still be near the top of this forum
