Burton Francis Cliff born PA 1877 lived in Newark, NJ

Looking for info on the parents of Burton Francis Cliff born in Philadelphia, PA on 19 November 1877. Married Helen May King from County Cork, Ireland. Children were Ann b. 1903, Helen, Burton Jr. and Elizabeth. Burton Francis Cliff worked as a moulder at the J.P. Bushauer Foundry in Newark. All I know comes from WWI and WWII draft registration cards, NJ census 1910 and 1920 as well as Ann's social security card application. Would appreciate any help!
