hi, just come across your message re clifts. I am not sure i can help, but my grandmother was jessie clift,probably from Golant, near fowey, she married a richard lewis in fowey circa 1931,and am slowly piecing together her family, I do have some old pictures of jessie and sisters when they were young, but not got very far with research.
