This was after the Civil War so I am guessing he may have died during the war and left her as a widow.
The closest Clubb family in that area on the Us census of 1860 in Carthage, Jasper Co. Mo. was P.W. Clubb with two sons that would be close to her age. William Clubb and Anthony Clubb.
Any direction in finding who she was married to would help.
