Hi Debbie, My name is Tim Code. I have no info on your family but there is probably a connection between yours and ours. Unfortunately I don't have a wealth of info on mine either.

I do know that the Codes in our family originated from County Wexford, Ireland and came over around the mid 1830's.
My great grand dad's name was Matthew Code. He had 6 sons. One died at birth. The remaing 5 were Michael,Jeffrey,Thomas, William and James. Not necessarily in order.
My granddad was Michae. He died before my birth. Michael had 3 children. In order, Stella, Gerald and Norbert. Stella and Gerald were both born in the mid to late 1890's. Norbert,my dad, was born Nov.10,1900.
Dad married mom, (Iva)Marie Carmody in 1937. They had 3 kids. (In order)Lawrence,1941, Tim,1944 and Connie,1947.

Larry married Sheila Garrigan from NY. Had one child Debbie who took ill and passed away at age 6. No other Children.

Connie never married.
Larry and Connie ended up in TX in the early 1980's and are still there.
I am the only hold out in this part of Ohio.
I married Mary E. Ceboll in 1966 and have 3 grown and married children, Matthew,33, Heather,29 and Sara, 28.

Sara has one child Emily (20months) and is expecting again in mid Dec. She is married to Willliam Bitzer and lives nearby in Euclid, OH.

Heather is married to Steven Carter and is expecting for the first time also in Dec. She is carrying twins.

Matt is married to Trisha Frost and has no chidren as yet.

I am 55 yrs.old, work as an administrator for Willoughby-Eastlake Schools and am approaching retirement.
My wife Mary is 54 yrs. old. Works for the City of Willoughby.

Our Code family held its first ever family reunion in Hershey PA. on July 1st. I was unable to attend because I got word of it late and had already booked flight plans etc to visit my brother and sister in TX. If they have one next year we will not miss it.

Well I've probably told you more than you want to hear. However, if any of this rings any bells in KY, pleas write back an let me know. I will be please to share any other info I can.

Sincerely, Tim Code
