Russ, I went to GenForum.com and entered Dug and found a reply by Paul Watters concerning Dug Coil. Paul is the grandson of Dug Coil. His note was posted in 2001, so I don't know if his E-Mail address is still current.
Paul states that Dug Coil was the son of Andy Holloway and Liza Coil. And, that Liza was the daughter of Patrick Coil and Mary Hill.
