I am hoping someone has a connection to the following:

John Cole, born c1836 France (Alsace region, once part of Germany), married Amanda ?, c1864 in KY. They moved to Rice County,Kansas between 1875 and 1877 with 5 children; John S., Adda, Linna, Seely, and Gertrude. They had, atleast, two more children in KS; Eva & Hallie.

My husband descends from John's younger brother, Joseph also born France (settled & raised fam in KY)

Any leads to this family would be greatly appreciated.
