Anna, Joseph COLES, Scotland, b.ca. 1845, children born White Plains, NY and New London, CT, 1868-1884

Surnames: Coles, Patch. Morgan
Lookinf for information about Anna (LEE) Coles and Joseph Henry Coles, both born in Scotland.
Anna was living in New London CT in 1900 with 3 of her children, Margaret (died young) Joseph (b.1878) and Louis (b. 1884)Joseph and Louis moved to the Seattle area after 1920.
Anna's 2 older daughters were married and living in New London in 1900 also. Sarah Marie Coles Morgan b. Oct. 1868 and Lillian (E. or J.) COLES Patch b. Jan. 1870, both born in White Plains, NY.
I can find no information about this family in White Plains, NY., nor anywhere else before 1900 for that matter. Does anyone out there have any information, or ideas on where and how to continue searching??
