Henry Collett-London-circa 1800.....HELP

Classification: Query
Surnames: Collett, Collet, Collette
I have reached an impass in my search for my distant relatives, I hope somebody out there can fill in the missing blanks.
Henry Collett was married to a Sarah (last name Unknown)-only one Henry/Sarah marriage listed in the Pallotts Marriage index within the right time frame, but cannot tie them to my known descendants. My Henry and Sarah had two known sons, Henry,b. 1805, George, b. 1811 and two daughters, Elizabeth, b. 1803, and Esther Mary, b. 1806. There may have been at least another brother, Charles, but I've not been able to prove it.
The brothers Henry and George immegrated to Canada, with there families 1848/49. Henry and his decendants remained in Canada, George and his family moved on to the U.S.A. (My Line).
Does this Collett line, ring a bell with anyone out there, I'd like to break down this brick wall, and find out more about my Henry and Sarah and beyond if at all possible.
Thanks a bunch for any insight you might give......Roy Collett
