Looking for information on the family of Solomon Collins and Caroline Kerry Collins.

Do you know who Solomon's parents or siblings were. I have Collins, Crowleys and Knapps from both places . My Teresa Collins appears to be the daughter of Nora Collins, I don't know fathers name. Thanks.

Originally the surname was Collings. When Solomon moved to Canada the name was shortened to Collins.
The 1841 Census for Kenninghall, England, Quiltcross Dist., Norfold Co. Showed the following.
William Collings & Rebecca D. Collings
Children: William, Solomon, Zachariah, Sophia, Elizabeth, Sarah.

Hi, I know of this family. My COLLINGS came from Kenninghall,Norfolk, England (Guiltcross is the old 'hundred' = Most English counties were divided into hundreds from the late Saxon period and were, with a few exceptions, effectively abandoned as administrative divisions in the nineteenth century)
I don't think we are of the same branch but I deeply suspect they are all related somewhere as KENNINGHALL is a very small place !
I also live 45mins from there - willing to do look -ups, photos etc. All COLLINGS from there get in touch !
