Surnames: COLOMBE, COLUMBIA, CANTRELL
Was this Margaret Columbia the daughter of (Phillipe) Louis and Margaret [Moor] de la Colombe/Columbia?
Louis Columbia was the French nobleman who came to the US with Lafayette and served in the American Revolution. He later married Margaret Moor Ranstead in Boston, they later moved to Amesville, Athens County Ohio
From what I have been able to find - mostly from internet research - they had six children - Elizabeth Brown, Dana, Sally, Margaret, John (my line) and Lewis.
I do not have a lot of good source material to back this info up, but I did find birth information of 22 Jan 1799, MA - for Margaret.
