Surnames: James Colvill, Isobel Edward, Helen Thomson
I am looking for information on the Colvill Family of the Town of Torryburn, Fife Scotland. In particular the Parents of one James Colvill born in 1745 (where abouts unknown at the moment), in life he was a miner and in old age a Sock (Stokings) Manufacturer, married to a Isobel Edward b 1762 in Saline, and later to a Helen Thomson b 1772 / 73 in the Town of Torryburn and died there in 1776. However, it is unknown where James was born or where, and who his Parents and siblings may have been.
