If you are in the Jamaica, Queens area the public library has an area of the library called the Long Island Division. It is upstairs and has alot of info. There is also a book with exstensive info on the Combs/Combes families of Long Island. The library address is 89-11 Merrick Blvd. Jamaica, NY
