Hi,
If you are related to John Comisky and his wife, Margaret (from Ballinasloe), who eventually settled in Long Island City, Queens Co., NY, I'd love to hear from you. Records state that John came over @ 1830, and came to NY @ 1853; he died in 1900 and is buried in Calvary in Queens. Margaret died in 1883. Their son, James married Sarah and had at least 12 children. There was one set of twins, James and Sarah. The only child I have info on is Daniel who married Barbara in 1910.
