COMISKEY'S FROM IRELAND????

Searching for information as to where in Ireland my ancestors were from. My great-grandfather's name was Thomas Comiskey--born around 1850. He married Della (or Delia) Horkheimer in Prairie du Chien, WI in 1883. His parent's names are listed as Phillip Komasky and Cecelia Duffy, both from Ireland. Anyone out there who can help me figure out where they're from exactly??!!
