Looking for information on the Cummiskey family that had connections with Priest Prince Gallitzin of Cambria County. My 3rd great Grandfather was born in 1803 in Bedford County, in Pennsylvania. He had all of his children baptised by Father Gallitizin. Edward Mohney Cummiskey married Elizabeth JANE Porter daughter of John Patrick Porter.Edward became a Doctor. They lived in Indiana County raising their children there. John Patrick and Joseph were both in the battle of fair Oaks in Va. where both lost their lives. Please e mail me at AMARTi8@columbus.RR.com
