Hi all,
My name is Franca Comito & I live in Melbourne,Australia. My grandfather Vincenzo Comito (his wife Francesca Ierfone migrated 1955 with kids)) migrated to Aus in 1951 from Acquaro,Reggio Calabaria,Italy. I have manged to trace back to his grandafther Vincenzo Comito & wife Caterina, they had a son Antonio (dob 1881). Antonio had a brother Francesco & 2 sisters;Stella & Maria Antonia. Does this sound familiar to anyone. I visited Acquaro last year & was able to get a little more info, hence as to where I am. My dad is returning in June & I hope to send hime armed with some more research. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
