I am looking for information on LOUIS COMMEAUX. He was born in North Carolina in 1894. The 1930 Census lists his age at 35 and states that he was married to CLARA MARIE WELCH. They resided in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It lists a stepsons named Percy and Frank, and a daughter named Ruby, who is my mother.
