My grandfather Vincenzo Como came to New York on Sept 14th, 1907 from Contessa Entellina, Sicily which is located just South of Palermo, Sicily. The name of the ship he came on was named Kigoma. He mentioned to my father Jasper(Jack) that he came over with his first cousin which was Perry Como's father (Pietro). I haven't been able to authenticate this information.
