Lina Compain was born to Louis Joseph or Joseph Louis and Elizabeth Compain on April 25, 1887 in Bay City Michigan. He died Oct. 28, 1940. Louis and Elizabeth were from Canada- they were native and I cant't find them anywhere in Ont or Quebec. Name Change?? We (Debbie T. and myself) have Tailleser as Elizabeths maiden name but can't find it listed in any genealogy records thus far. Louis and Elizabeth had 4 children altogether, I believe Margaret was first, not sure about the order of Lina, James and John. I have a bunch of documents that I will gladly send if you would like.
