Hi,
Did you ever find any detail on Joseph Companion? My grandfather was also Joseph Companion of Winooski, Vermont. His birthdate was 03/04/1904. Is this the same Joseph? If so, I'm a bit confused, because my Joseph had 5 sons: Earl, Ronald, Walter, Roger and Larry. He was married to Doris. What do you think? I do know that he was married prior to my grandmother. I know of one son by that marriage....but I cannot recall his name.
